MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 23" 26" Hips 42" Length 40 1 2" Inseam 26" Marked size S. There are two buttons on each side of the waist, 23" is the smallest setting and 26" is the largest setting. This is the army version of the HBT trousers, meaning the pockets are in the front. There are some stains and fading (mostly faded lines down the center). No attempt has been made to launder it.
