Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Cinnamon takes the stage, clove warmth and refreshing citrus. Palate: Forward in Juniper, cardamom, clove and anise rise up in the background. Finish: Woody cinnamon, and fennel. #GIN
